Metrics Explanation
Protocol-Level Aggregates: Acceptance Rate and Centralization shown in the main table are calculated as the mean of track-level values (averages across all tracks within each protocol).
Track-Level Metrics: Detailed breakdowns visible when expanding each protocol row. Shows individual statistics per track (Core, Interface, App, etc.).
Acceptance Rate: (Finalized Proposals) ÷ (Active Proposals) where Active = Total - Stagnant - Withdrawn
Centralization: 1 - (Authors with Finalized Proposals ÷ Total Authors) — higher % means fewer authors control finalized decisions
